You will receive your order anywhere from 2-5 business days as per Royal Mails website from the date that it is shipped out (if you choose Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed), not necessarily from the date that it is placed. After your payment is authorised and verified, it can still take up to two days to process your order. This is just an estimate, though, and doesn't include weekends or holidays. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after your purchase is made (excluding weekends). Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking details to update.

- Days refer to working days (Monday-Friday) and exclude the day of posting. Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays in the UK and Overseas. Royal Mail deliveries aim also assume that items are not held in customs.
- Please note, we only ship to certain parts of Europe but we are currently working to make it possible to ship outside of this and all over the world. ( For a full list of the countries we post to outside of the United Kingdom, please see the bottom of this page ).
CUSTOMS, TAXES, DUTIES, & FEES
Our International shipping options are sent by Royal Mail International and are eventually placed into your country's local postal stream. All customs, taxes, import duties, brokerage fees, or any additional charges by your local government are the responsibility of the recipient. There is a slight chance that you will not get charged VAT or duties, however if you do get charged, we cannot be responsible for these fees in any way, as we do not receive any of this money. The funds go exclusively to your own government. The last thing we would want is for our customers to be charged extra, as this would be detrimental to our sales. Since duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to supply an estimated duty costs. Please contact your customs office for more information.Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for packages that are refused due to VAT/duties.
UK & INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Any brand new product can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery, unless the product has been opened. We cannot accept any products which have been opened as this is a breach in hygiene. Please contact Customer Support (firstname.lastname@example.org) to schedule the return. Hemsley Organics will not be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Returns address: 69 Debdale Way, Mansfield Woodhouse, Nottinghamshire NG197NR. For international customers the customer is responsible for the return shipping. Once we receive it back and verify it is unused, the return will be processed and a full refund will be issued.
